This March 28-29 workshop brings together a group of scholars, some from UF, some invited from other American institutions, to examine the social, literary, and cultural role of conversion in western society. The workshop stresses a comparative and cross-disciplinary approach, using methodologies employed in the study of history, religion, psychology, anthropology, and literature.  For more information, contact Nina Caputo (ncaputo@ufl.edu) or Robert Kawashima (rsk@ufl.edu).
