I am most interested in studying Modern Latin American history with interests in migration, and Indigenous populations. My current research interests include motivations of migration in Guatemala, responses to governmental policy on migration in Guatemala, and indigenous populations in Guatemala. The study of drugs both in Modern and Colonial Latin America is a new budding interest as well. I am currently working with Dr. Heather Vrana in these regards. Previously I obtained my B.A. from the University of Missouri, and my M.A. from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, both in history. If any of this you feel you can relate to please feel free to be in touch via my email.
